ACF held a contest to launch Anaconda's new Sponsored Plate.  Congratulations to our winners:  Mary Denise Thompson, Kellie Gee, and Keith Marthaller.


With each plate purchased, the foundation receives $20.  The money will provide grants to Anaconda's nonprofits to strengthen our community in multiple ways.   The plate showcases Anaconda's mountains, historic smokestack, and recreational activities such as golf.  The plate was designed with the help of Amy Smith and ​Jer Trueax.

Costs:   Your cost for a non-personalized plate:  $40 more than the usual state plate for a first-time car owner.  $20 of this comes to the ACF, $10 for administration to the county/state,and  $10 for production.   To renew your current plates with the Anaconda plate, the cost is $50 as ten dollars must be added for the plate change.  If you would like a Personalized plate, there is an additional $25 for a total of either $65 or $75 depending on your car ownership status.  If your plates are not due to be changed and you purchase a plate the cost is $60 ($40 usual fees plus $10 to transfer the plate and $10 duplicate tab fee).  If your plates are not due to be changed and you want a Personalized plate the cost is $85 to cover the fees.   And the funds help Anaconda non-profits!
